Solution: We typically recommend that users start with a crossover point of 80Hz for their entire system.If there is an audible gap of no bass between where the front speakers' low end stops and where the subwoofer starts, then the crossover is likely set too low.See below for 3 pictured examples of subwoofer/RCA cables: This should be a "shielded" subwoofer cable or RCA cable. Solution: Check the type of cable that is being used to connect the subwoofer to the receiver. It's possible it may be plugged into an RCA port that is not sending any audio or low frequency content. It needs to be plugged into a dedicated subwoofer, or "sub out", channel.
